The Brief

Estates Gazette have supported and empowered UK real estate agents for more than 160 years through expert journalistic content and high-quality data. Every year front running agencies are encouraged to promote their successes through a competition, highlighting businesses with the most completed deals in their region and sector. Estates Gazette wanted a campaign with a strong identity that would stand out amongst the usual property advertising and encourage entry.

The Solution

I created a campaign around boastful phrases - blowing your own trumpet, getting on your high horse, and standing on your soapbox - to grab people’s attention and encourage them to embrace the chance to brag about their achievements. The use of bold colour, blown-up halftone imagery and playful type meant this was a campaign you couldn’t miss.
